I have version 10 Build 182. I do not have a properties selection on walls. How is this turned on?
All that's available: (wall is information not a selection)
-Move
(I) wall length:90 DIR: 128 H:10.0 L:0.00 X-67.5 Y:19.3
-Delete
-Lock in Place
-Convert to Curve
-Set Zero position
-Copy Picture to Clipboard

To edit the scale again, you can right-click on the drawing and select "rescale background"
