I have version 10 Build 182. I do not have a properties selection on walls. How is this turned on?

-Delete
-Lock in Place
-Convert to Curve
-Set Zero position
-Copy Picture to Clipboard

To edit the scale again, you can right-click on the drawing and select "rescale background"
