    Is this a whole day of food or did it cut off after lunch? This really doesn’t seem like a lot of food.. try having 2 porridge sachets and adding a spoon of peanut butter :) I hope you’re getting help from a dietitian/professional 🙏🏼 keep going, you can do this!

      @@OliviaFrost ah I was unsure what that was referring to 😅 in either case, you NEED a lot more than a ‘normal’ person bc you’ve been in a deficit for so long.. Speaking from personal experience, you most likely will have to go through a period of following a mealplan (eating 6x a day, double what others are eating) and this will cause a lot of physical discomfort before you gain the benefits recovery BUT it will be so so worth it for the long term freedom you gain 💕

    It looks like you aren't eating enough. I'm also skinny and underweight, but if Inwould only eat this, I would get a stomach ache. Please to to get help! I hope you are ok🌞🐀
