I enjoy that Kongos can make about a billion different types of songs, and they all still feel like Kongos. Such a unique style that they can do many things with.
Dear lord people, if you don't like the song- then bye-bye! Complaining that they don't have the 'same sound' as the album's before... that's kind of the damn point! People can change, people can learn new things and people can go in a different direction, same goes for a band! Shocking, I know. personally I dig the song and I am thankful that they are still making music.
Also, you know the song is going to be awesome at a live show!
I so agree, I listen to many many many different generas (however you spell that) and man, I can tell you only a few band change through their music careers and honestly it is pretty cool how they do it because it is hard to and you never really have played if you haven't explored your limits, and talents, you know?
I just thought of this and dont get me wrong but your last name is a street name close to were I live, I think it is pretty cool

I like the song, but I have to say the video left me feeling disappointed. The song is heavy, but keeps moving, dragging the listener along, PUSHING the listener along. You feel caught up in the song, enveloped by it.
The video, however, is just...bland.
A lyric video and an actual music video are two different things. This is merely just the lyrics video.

@@SamAtScareworks Lousy guitar riffs or no at all, no accordion solo, mediocre vocal melodies, not impressive recording quality, no versatility within the songs. The list of cons can go on and on unfortunately. I can't believe what this band has become. I was really excited for the new album especially since they have become self-promoting and self-producing band. So sad....

Definitely. They really brought out their unique sound on Egomaniac, and none of their new stuff have really recaptured that.
Kongos have completely ruined themselves. The instrumentals once again are over simplistic and they've gotten rid of any attempt at guitar solos or accordion solos, or just really showcasing the band. I know I'll get hate but compared to 'Kongos' and 'Lunatic' this is crap. So so disappointed on this band going commercial.
