I like the balcony and the greeneries. If I want to spend that kind of money, I’ll hire an architect that will design it to my taste. This clearly is a speculator built house . They maximized the square footage but the flow is not my taste , does not feel warm. It’s a beautiful work from home office, with room for your employees to have their own desk spaces.

Sheena, wow, that was the most intense tour I have seen displaying houses, actually a mansion. So elegant, wonderful, beautiful and breath taking. During my times in the Philippines, I have always noticed how elegant housing properties are as compared to my country America. It is such a different way of doing things that is so great. Hi Sheena, I've been watching you here and so far I like those houses in Maria Luisa. I am planning to come home this 2023. This will be my first time since I left in 1984, I am retired now but I would like to fully retire there in Pinas. I will contact your office for my plans. I have a budget of P40M. Hopefully I can get a real nice retirement home.

I like the main balcony though, it's probably more than twice larger than the balcony in Starbucks Tagaytay😁. edit: but then again, this feels like a building with bedrooms. they don't even know what to do with the kitchen.
