it doesn't really matter what guns you use as long as you have a suppressor, because all guns will 1-shot guards in the head in terms of gear, pretty much just hacking device lockpick and camera blinder (though it's only good with more than 1 person in 99% of cases) occasionally, something like battering ram will be better when doing speedruns

If you crouch as you first place the duffel, putting your tools In at the start is easier

It's better to reload as much as possible, there've been times I've spray a guard and he barely survives cus my mag wasn't full
