How to make Garden egg stew

In this video, I will share with you how I make a garden egg stew. There are different versions and ways to make this stew however, in this video I use my Ghananian pestle and mortar.
Underneath measurements serve as a guideline, feel free to adjust to your own taste.
Ingredients:
5-6 Garden eggs
1 Medium onion
1 Small (Habanero) pepper
* 1/2 Tomato
* 3 Tablespoons Red palm oil

I don’t use palm oil in any of my cooking, I wonder how this stew will taste if I substitute palm oil with olive oil instead 🤔
