Not sure if you know your mustangs mate but the horn is a RIM BLOW lol
Thats an aftermarket Grant wheel...no rimblow. Common replacement after the original switch goes TU. Prob whoever put in the wheel didn't wire up the horn button
I had a 70 Mach one in 73-76 really miss that car till some drunk a-hole totaled the whole right side
