Its NOT a Front wheel drive. The 3rd gen Twingo and his Brother the Smart ForFour are all rear wheel drive...

being able to mute the alien noise is an interesting option, on most other cars you can't, I like it silent too

I think it’s really useful that this car can produce an engine noise. I am blind, and I can’t really hear electric cars coming. When theh are standing still I can hear it, but when it is driving I can’t really hear it. I think they should just enable the engine noise by default, and you shouldn’t be able to disable it. That would probably save some lives.

Having a real key and not keyless entry can be a good thing as most of theft are made using keyless fob vulnerability

Good review however I would have liked to have a look at the back seats and boot space. Unfortunately it's not available here in Ireland. Neither is VW'S E-UP nor scoda's Citygo. Ireland is perfectly placed for small Ev's because of short distance driving and I don't understand why. Also l'm 6 foot 4 inches tall however I would like to test drive one.

    Hello.
Thank you for providing good video.
I've been considering whether buy twingo in Japan or not.
    I've one question from Japan.
Does standard equipment with specification of EU have side airbag and another safety equipments?
such as Auto Braking system by camera or sensor too.
maybe I guess that It's different specifications between EU and import models to Japan.

23KW AC 3phase is a good charging system, it's btw one key advantage of such car. Having a 50KW DC would be a little faster but not necessarily that faster. Also DC charge are much more $$ than AC charges
