Original wheat milk halwa or wheat flour halwa ??? I know them since my child hood. The originality gone long ago. Supposed to be old is gold. But this proverb is not applicable in this case.

If the halwa is so eco friendly then why do they have paper behind it?!
paper is still eco friendly.
The paper acts as a blotting paper to absorb the excess fat coming off from the dhonnai (leaf cup), thus keeping your hands clean instead of holding a mandarai cup and sitting around with greasy hands, better have a sink, tap WITH WATER and soap to wash off the grease then.
