Fruit Cake can also apply tear effects that are usually applied to wisps from Book of Virtues (for some ungodly reason)
Which includes the wisp through Clear Rune which has a 15% chance to spawn a random Soul Stone/Rune when killing an enemy

As soon as I saw the death cert, I thought "oh boy here comes the real rock bottom". When you hadn't used it within 3 seconds, my next thought was "oh boy there goes those stats".
The reason that damage mults never have, and probably never will, stack is just the insane multiplicative power that holds. Getting ipecace with a 1.25x damage multiplier, vs getting it with a 2.5x mult would just utterly destroy most enemies. And with how “common” it is to get magic mush and crickets head, or frankly any multiplier based item, would give you astronomical damage

Either none of the pieces, or both of them. Filigree is set to be overwritten by the other piece if you have one already.

Fiend folio has a new dice called loaded D6, it rerolls items into stackable items in your inventory. I feel like this mod paired with that dice can easily tear the game into pieces

You could of just used the reverse fool card you had in the cathedral secret room and that would of got you rock bottom since you had glitched crown + almost five hundred coins and you would probably have cleared the entire secret pool

Mod which makes it so that for any damage, the tear has a certain size
Another mod that makes it so that if there are incredibly many tears on the screen, they are combined into one with huge damage like: there were 100 tears, but they became one with a hundredfold damage
Another mod that makes it so that if the number of tears fired at a time is more than sixteen, they become one: there should be 17 tears for example, but Isaac shoots one with 17 times damage

It took me like ten minutes to understand why you were saying that stat ups from rock bottom wisps don't stay forever, despite the screenshot you showed, so I can confidently say that you're not the only stupid one here.

Basically, it's worded badly. "its wisp" doesn't refer to a Rock Bottom Wisp, but rather any Lemegeton Wisp made. If the wisp gives a stat buff, well, Rock Bottom now puts it into it's calculations. If you lose the wisp, you won't truely lose the stat buff, because Rock Bottom allows you to "keep" the stat boost from the wisp. It all boils down to bad wording.
