FIFA 23 is so much fun and I'm sure FNG and BFordLancer and Danny Aarons agree. I love funny fifa moments and fifa challenges like fifa 23 but and fifa but videos. when you get an objective that says "sign player from x country" you can sign a youth player from the academy to the first team and it counts the same as signing a player of the market. completes the objective the same way. so when you were getting fired over and over, you could have had a scout go to england and just sign a youth player from england to your first team

I did want to say, Fifa gives a lot of players 74-94 potential, tbh potential doesn’t mean a lot as long as you either play the players enough or loan them out, they can exceed their expectations.
Someone else pointed out it felt a bit fast paced, so it was hard to cling onto the players and storyline. However it was a great video and I really appreciate the long career mode videos.
Also giving players higher contracts when they perform well, sell players who are too good for your league (etc) would add a lot of realism and could make it more interesting. Cheers!

Btw all that really matters is value since if the players are first team quality theyre gonna get a lot of play time and the dynamic potential will shoot up, also lower potential players can have a lower value because of that but that means a higher starting rating so someone with 75 potential worth 600k will have a higher starting overall than someone with 90 potential worth 600k

You do realise if a player who starts of as a striker at 62 only takes 4 weeks to be converted into a centre back, it means that they will also go up in rating if you convert them

If you don’t loan all the non playing squad members out they will all lose their potential. Sometimes they can have cracked loan spells and exceed the starting XI players too.
I learned this throughout the video, some guys were going from exciting prospects to great potentials and I didn’t know why

'Showing great potential' means Potential = 80-85
'An Exciting Prospect' means Potential = 86-88
'Potential To Be Special' means Potential = 89+

I go first . I was playing it on my switch on a Wrexham career mode and send my 3 star 3 star Swedish scout Carlson to England and in the first month I had a brilliant youth player call Oscar Cooper who is a CAM was 59 rated and had 88-94 potential and his current rating is 74
