I found this place playing Microsoft flight simulator. It’s such a gorgeous area, beautiful mountains, beautiful villages in the mountains. I love flying around finding these amazing places and then researching them, learning the history and getting to know the culture.

You are not in danger in that location, because the border with Russia is the highest mountain system in Europe, the problem is occupied territories borders, which are inside heart of Georgia, its borders often cross villages in half, so getting near these pseudo borders and risking your freedom is kinda same, cause their border patrol may come to take you even if you are standing on Georgian controlled area
