On Andromalius Ninja, you should use this combo, Flash of Ruin + Windwalk + Ribbit, but you need to stand still, because you could spam Iai Strike while standing still (As long as you have like 400 rune energy)
I think you just need to equip the 6 pcs core rune set of the Andromalius ninja because the continuous damage is stated in the 6 pcs equipped.

For Early Game:
Wood:Andromalius
Water: Crocell or Leraje
Fire: Amy
For Late Game:
Wood: Furfur
Water: Gusion

Yes mecha priest is good, It has HP and MP regen. All of types of classes can deal best of damage, it depends on how you build the class.

As of this moment, Buer Priest and Andras Priest are the most built builds for priest.

As of now, Buer ninja weapon and Andras ninja weapon are one of the considered top tier today, but most of top players build buer ninja

For ranger, I saw some players still build leraje ranger nowadays, but some also build frass ranger(with the bear weapon).

Well, there are a lot of ways to get those major skills. The easy way is to buy them at the restock shop. If you're lucky enough then try to use gold skill tokens in skill chest.
It may also drop at the skill trials but rarely.

Yes, Andras set for Ninja class is good.. I think it is still in meta rn so why not try to build some.

No worries for that bro, just grind for it, It's hard to ascend a weapon to 5 star..Since you ascended it to 5 stars, then make a progress with it. Andras Ninja is good at dealing dps and AOE damage.

I think every class is one of the best, it still depends on the build of the character. On the other hand, if we're talking about weapon, usually it is from these 3 different elements:
Wood: Furfur or Ann&Thesia
Fire: Frass or Agares
Water: Gusion or Buer
