I have to go home to see my folks, and I only live a few hour's flight away, but both of us have to fight to get to the airports (westcoast). The hardest part is getting to Seatac and LAX, or anywhere in Socal.

Nope...the cookef full grain rice is usually too wet for the dish ...cooked broken rice has to be dry enough to absorb the scallion oil, juice from the grilled pork, running egg yolk and fish sauce dressing ...the dish goes to another level....heavenly

Actually, "Tấm " is not the broken rices,it is the Germs (embryo) of the rices. People has miss-used the term "Tấm " for so long, now, city people don't even know that .
