Great video. I am about to install these on latches of a bass tracker which already has new carpet and normal 2 inch holes already drilled for normal pull up latches. Any recommendations to turn that 2 inch hole into a 2.5 inch hole and still the new latch to work and not mess up the carpet? Thanks cuzn

Nice walkthrough Anthony. Can you do a walkthrough of how you created the splashguard with the dry tracks? I have a TBNations lid, hatch and custom catfish livewell but it didn’t come with the splashguard. 😊
Sorry man this boat is long gone. I got the splash gaurd from TBN but perhaps they don't make them anymore or it is only in specific sizes? Not quite sure on that one.
I ordered one directly through TBnation as well and the only way I figured it out was because of this build so thank you Anthony, Ryan, Mike and Nate.
So do you re-key so those latches all match or have a different key for each compartment? Hahaha assuming you re-key all latches 1st but it looked confusing seeing that demo latch still in plastic box appearing brand new. And what does a boat like that cost to complete on avg? Its really nice.
The keys are the same. No re keying. I build them starting at 8K for fab. I've done projects "all in" up to 40K including graphs, shallow water anchors, batteries, outboards, ect.
5 minutes in and its nothing but showing off his boat and advertising.....
