Thanks for your question. I believe that it's open every day from noon to 1:30. The menu shows a special for every day of the week. I'll be on the Edge in March, so I'll be sure to take more pics and double-check the hours/days. Hope this helps!

I’m actually on a cruise right now, so I’m shooting from the hip. As I recall, lunch was $30 per person, and it was a lot of food (and I like to eat!). You could choose one item for each course, and if I remember correctly, there were four courses. Appetizer, salad or soup, main course, and dessert. I’ll double-check this when I get home in ten days. 😁
