Cathy discusses nutritional guidance for adults, including foods that should be included in a healthy diet, and foods and beverages that should be avoided or limited. She covers activity guidelines for adults, based on CDC's recommendations. Cathy then talks briefly about weight loss, including a discussion of best practices for healthy weight loss. At the end of the video, she provides a quiz to test your understanding of some of the key points she covered in the video.
