When Jace is complaining about all the obvious CGI and faked lighting and you watch the Death Battle Cast and find out that there was no CGI and all the lighting (including the light from Nightwing's Eskrima Sticks) was real. And Daredevil's costume was made by people who worked on actual superhero Hollywood movies and the material was made out of the same stuff as most Hollywood superhero costumes were. And they specifically spent more time on the Daredevil costume than they did on the Nightwing costume so people wouldn't think they were biased.
Here's how I view it: Nightwing beats Daredevil in terms of weapons, armour and/or tools in his disposal Nightwing beats Daredevil in terms of training (Daredevil was trained by Stick (only in netflix, but he is basically self taught), whileas Nightwing was trained by Batman and so forth) Daredevil beats Nightwings in terms of power/skills and abilities (He's able to detect his surroundings, forseen attacks and Nightwing won't be able to sneak up to him) Daredevil has killed before, whileas Nightwing has that similar code with Batman and therefore has a slight disadvantage Overall, I still see Nightwing winning the fight 6/10 times

Actually they do. Batman is trained to peak level physical condition and via masters like Richard dragon was taught to control his chi and that's how he is so strong. And Daredevil is not radioactively enhanced. He just has sonor senses.
