AT NOBO 2024 - Zero day near Snickers Gap (mi. 1006.5)

Zero day near Snickers Gap (mi. 1006.5) Had a great Father’s Day off, felt weird not to be hiking. Hung out most of the day with my friend Joe, opened my box from home, got my bag packed, and had a great dinner out. Strange to think that I should be in Pennsylvania this time next week. I couldn’t have had better hosts, they turned there finished basement into a home away from home for me, for that I’m forever grateful! Their daughter will be taking me back to the trailhead sometime mid-morning or so tomorrow. Talk to you all again from the trail!
Todays menu: Bacon egg & ceese mcgriddle, orange juice, chocolate chip ice cream, ginger ale, side salad, 2 crunchy tacos, snickers bar, slice of pepperoni pizza, chicken wings, and water.
