When i was stationed (Navy) at Japan in the early 1980s, Loudness guitarist, Akira Takasaki, was considered the Eddie Van Halen of Japan. Akira ROCKS!!
My guitar gods/idols started with Randy Rhoads and then Akira Takasaki... before Yngwie became my ULTIMATE guitar god. But Akira? Yeah... he'll ALWAYS be right there. My 80s metal cover band used to play this song and "Let It Go" in our set list. Long live Loudness!!!
I saw them in a club in Syracuse NY, opening for Keel of all bands... I remember thinking that Akira was so friggin' good, he would be a Superstar if he was in an American band. The band was awesome and tight. They were highly entertaining. They had their Japanese road crew milling about. It was a fun time in music. I'm glad they're still around and rocking. RIP Munetaka Higuchi.
Its great to see these same metal bands from my childhood still around rockin. I remember sitting in the back seat listening to this music and i told my dad i was thirsty, he handed me his beer and said just a sip. I was 7 lol. The 80s were so laid back and people were not sensitive cry babies like they are now in the new millennium.
I am 58 now trying to learn play guitar,I’m sorry I don’t remember them or much of the 80s..but they sound Great 🙌🏼🎸. I’m watching old videos of them from that time…A lot hotter than Motley Crue, this guitar player sounds incredible 🙌🏼🎸

Simple and very underrated riff ... i think it's one of the greatest metal riffs of the 80's
Drummer is dragging badly on this one unfortunately :(
His voice still sounds good man 🤘 This riff reminds me of Balls to the Wall by Accept, another killer track 🔥💯
Most overlooked guitar player ever, Akira Takasaki is a beast
Loudness MCA 2024 here👍👍👍

Still gives me chills to hear them after all these years.
I saw them open for AC/DC in 1986 in St Louis.
The guitar sound so delishious..
They're really the thunder in the east.

ガキの頃から聞いてるけどラウドネス最高だよなぁ!この声!ギター!聞くと あぁ〜ってなるw
I had never heard of them in the 80s. I found them yesterday and I'm an instant fan
