Whats even scarier is that not a lot of people in Arkansas including central Arkansas don't have a tornado shelter so if this were to really happened the death toll would be very high most likely record breaking

Nice scenario! The only constructive feedback I have that for NWR stations, you don’t use the SAGE Endec headers, there’s a different version that they use, and also you only need to use the 1050Hz ATTN tone.
