I've heard many times of playing (including vocal and instrument) Raga Shree by many musicians. Now I feel that his plaing Raga Shree is best I've ever heard.
Beautiful composition played with all the brilliance and consistency that speaks of the lifetime of labour gone into the making and delivery of such renditions that uplift every listener every time she/he listen to it . The perfection and flawlessness of the tabla accompaniment (tabla player) duly enhances the soulful composition . The beauty about tabla accompaniment is that it often does the more difficult job on stage but restricts itself to enhance the richness of the lead instrument. Thanks to Mr. Khan and youtube for bringing it to us online....I have been enjoying every moment of .
He transports us all into the realm of the natural presence of that which is common within us all...the Soul. His Presence makes it happen. May he continue to reach new heights of such pure music.

what amazes is the extent of imagination of fully accomplished musicians like Mr. Khan .....how their computer brains work in the process of visioning, conceptualising and producing so many compositions out of what appears to be a very limited liberty of fiddling with what should be mathematically accurate combinations of notes.
I can understand the need to monetise but can you please remove video ads between the music?!!!! We cannot have Raga Shree being suddenly interrupted by the Black Eyed Peas!
Have followed your music for a good 40 years now, it's hall mark is a sense of peace and reflection. Thank you also for using some Hindi words during your introduction, it does make a difference and we do notice.
I often wonder about the continuity of his musical legacy. Are Aman & Ayan creative enough, mature enough & tayyar enough to take up the legacy seamlessly? Are there other able disciples also being trained by the Master?
