My rental company is charging me utility (water) charges even though I was assured the rent included water charges. When I asked about this, I was advised that they use a formula but they have not explained how they’ve calculated my water charges based on the formula. They are not giving me an itemized water
bill, even though I was told by the water company that I’m supposed to be given information on my water usage. Can you advise me please. Thank you

In Florida, I heard that even if you put your rent in county rent escrow if the landlord fails to make the repairs requested by the tenant, the landlord can still evict you.?????

For a specific scenario like this, it's best to talk with a local landlord-tenant lawyer!
