Finally a respectful company released a desktop soundbar. Before that it were all off brands that I would not touch with a ten foot pole.

@@NinjaJ10 wired connection, I felt it was tiny bit better .. but not substantial enough to make a huge difference!

Do we need to fully charge before playing anything or is it a one-cable solution that will automatically charge and play at the same time when connected to USB type-c?

Can I just connect it using usb permanently or will that damage the battery? I'm not a fan of bluetooth due to battery issues
if you plug it in to a PS5 and put PS5 to rest mode, will that still give it enough power to use as a Aux or BT speaker, looking for something I can leave plugged into PS5 but then still use for BT or 3,5mm when the PS5 is in rest mode
now i use my mini beamer with a jbl charge 3. Is this an upgrade or not?
On PS5 can the speaker be connected to the console itself via USB wire or only the monitor sees it?

Oh!! Must be some issue with the speaker. If it’s still under warranty contact Creative and see what they say.

I need to buy and connect this nice soundbar for my desktop pc. I will use the soundbar's 3,5" jack-in to connect to my desktop's soundcard 3,5" jack-out. Does this soundbar needs to be also connected with a usb cable at the same time in order to operate/power-up? Thank you!
Yes, it needs a power source or if you charge it enough, it has inbuilt battery so you can use it wire free!

Nope, it’s pretty quiet and doesn’t have that buzz sound like some speakers do!

Do you mean at the same time? Probably not and maybe it will depend on the TV settings!
But, you can pair it to the TV and toggle between this or your TV’s speakers

Thank you. Can you tell which version reproduces speech better, V2 or SE?
Both have similar sound .. I personally feel the V2 sounds slightly better overall but the SE has surround sound mode which feels great when watching movies 😊
How is the musical performance? Separation of multi instruments?
It’s really good.. for the price .. the sound quality which it produces is awesome! I was just testing this in comparison with the new Google Pixel Tablet speaker dock and the sound of the creative stage air v2 is soo much better!

Is this soundbar suitable for TV or is there any better alternative?
There is an updated one which I reviewed recently on my channel .. that can work for TVs as well but both of them are better suited for a computer .. for TV, I’d suggest go for something a bit bigger.
I'm always a bit confused about speakers like this and Pebble. Do they always need a wired power connection, or does this speaker also run entirely wireless on battery? I'm looking for a soundbar to replace my monitor's built-in audio, but I don't want to even more cables. I also don't have extra power sockets available near my computer.
This one has got an in-built rechargeable battery and the battery life is decent as well like I show in my video! But you still need to charge it and it takes usb c to charge!

Absolutely no issues at all .. I really love this soundbar.. I connect it to the PlayStation and it totally makes up for the mediocre monitor speakers!! It’s absolutely worth the cost! 😊

And yes, if you are using Aux cable, you can leave it plugged in via usb c.. it’s just that your battery will be constantly charging every time you use it even for a little bit .. I reviewed another Creative speaker on my channel and that uses a mains power supply instead of battery .. please do check that as that might suit your requirement better if you are planning to keep it plugged in all the time 😊

Nope, you will have to turn it on as well. It will run out of battery if you turn your laptop off!
What do you think this compare to the Creative Stage SE?
if fully charged can use without the cable right?dont wanna have wired around the desk
Yes, you can use it without any cables and it just get decent battery life and well!

Does it remember the last used volume setting after restarting the speaker?
I hate it when many other kinds of Bluetooth speakers forget that I set them to low volume and they shout at me with loud "Device is ready to play" etc. messages every time I turn them on.
I wish this speaker had also playback from MicroSD cards and USB flash, but no big deal, I can use my phone or mp3 player anyway.
Also, I wish it has at least minimal splash protection in case I want to use it outdoors.
The volume always starts off at a decent low level and it sure doesn’t blast off every time your turn it on and connect!
It is an indoor speaker so I’d take it outside only on super hot sunny days!
And yes, it doesn’t have that facility to play off a memory stick or SD card! But at the cost, it simply is awesome! Actually I have an updated version on my desk at the moment .. video will be out on my channel very soon 😊
How is the bass sound on this one ?

I bought it and got it handed today and it sounds awful. Extremely bad in fact. I would never recommend this speaker to anyone.

This is the best sounding one considering the cost .. if you were used to some other high end speakers then sure, it will feel a bit basic … for instance, my HomePod Mini stereo setup does sound incredible, especially with Apple’s intelligent sound distribution management … but that setup is significantly more expensive than this one!
Can i bypass charging and use it wired via usb c and don't worry about getting lowbat? My tribit maxsound plus will still drain even if it's charging if it's in use.

Yes, out of all the Creative soundbars that I’ve tested, this one for me, is the best one!
Hi, can we use as a center speaker for a sound card with aux input ? Then do need to connect to power supply ?
I am not sure how anyone could fear the quality of sound through the video that plays on another device such as iPhone or speaker.
I know .. you can’t get the perfect picture but at least you get an idea of how it’s going to sound! That’s why, usually after my audio test, I do talk about how the sound quality is!
Do you know if when using it in a pc with usb connection, it uses the battery to reach higher volume, or just uses only the 5W usb have?
Nope, it doesn’t do anything for the sound quality but as it is .. for the price, the sound quality of this one is amazing!!

How to save the sound setting as when I connect to my ps5 after turning on I have to manually increase it
I bought this one for the aud connection, and yet the aux feature is the one that doesn’t work

Absolutely.. I recorded using the iPhone 13 Pro Max and captured sound untouched via the iPhone’s internal microphones .. so in person, it sounds even better .. for the cost along with the discount code .. this soundbar is simply amazing!!

Set it up and works fine on PS5. Quick question, is it normal for it to say ‘output device’ ‘USB headphones, (creative stage air V2). I thought it had to be on soundbar mode but it wont let me change it

How to connect ps4 slim? Ths.
You use the usb port and plug it into the PlayStations usb port.. then in ps setting you must choose the output as this speaker.
How dou connect the V2 soundbar to ur TV?
If you TV supports Bluetooth, then you can use that to connect

For the price, it’s absolutely amazing! Perfect as under monitor speaker. You can listen to the sound quality via my camera mic in the video!
Hi, may i ask if the speaker will goes into sleep/off mode when there is no audio signal or any bluetooth connection in paring? If this Creative soundbar can be like constantly in Power On mode, and also the bluetooth in ready paring mode, then it will be great for me, i have a JBL sound bar that required me to turn it on with the button manually and wait for the bluetooth connection to paired then only it will have sound output which is quite annoying,

Yes, it needs to be … the 3.5mm jack doesn’t provide power to the speaker

2:06 .. it’s got an inbuilt battery giving up to 6 hours of listening time on medium volume levels and it charges via the usb c port

Yes, it does .. goes into standby if you don’t use it for few minutes
