Lassi is Indian.
Naan originated in Egypt.

There's almost always oil in food that's eaten with roti, but it's good. When putting it in a plate we usually take out the majority of the oil
He pour a lot of oil. I make this dish with very little quantity of oil
I mean that Karahi is enough for a family of four for lunch and dinner so that oil isn't harmful, plus not like we eat it everyday.
Pakistan just feels really underrated the food and people are really friendly 😀😀

I'm Pakistani and northern Pakistani dishes are very different from Indian dishes no disrespect Northern Pakistani dishes originated from afghanista..Afghanistan not India.
Also infia is a huge country they have like 100 more types if cuisine there unknown to Pakistan only northern Indian cooking is similar to southern Pakistani cooking.

OH MY GOD. I'M SO GLAD I CAME ACROSS THIS!!! A former colleague of mine at my old internship job was an immigrant Pakistani. Nice dude. Always made his own chapati and chicken curry to share with others. I LOVEEEEE HIS CURRY! Had been hounding him for the recipe but due to language barrier, never really pursued him that much. I've been searching for the curry ever since but it's sooo different from the regular curries I've tried. No wonder I couldn't find it! It's a kind of its own and with its own name! OMG!! 😭😭😭 I'M SO GLAD I CAME ACROSS THIS. IT'S SOOOO GOOD YOU GUYS!!!! NOW I KNOW WHAT TO ORDER AT A PAKISTANI DINER!!! 😭 THANK YOUU GULLY.
curry is just a catch-all term. Most South Asian food is just called "curry" in English because it's convenient, but every dish is unique with its own name and method of preparation. The problem with calling it all "curry" is that it erases the great variation and flavors and styles of food for people who aren't familiar with it, unfortunately.

Those tongs like things are called "sharashi" in Bengali... it's used for handling hot pots with no handles and it's really a life saver 😛😂

Here's some minor improvements, marinate the chicken in ginger, garlic and salt
Along with the garam masala and pepper, add some chilli powder and some whole corriander seeds
Drain some of the excess oil before adding the tomatoes or after the oil has seperated towards the end
Fresh Cilantro is also a really good garnish imo

@@mm-xx9li if you add onion sometime before the tomatoes, you'll get more gravy but it'll be slightly milder
@@mm-xx9li Onions are forbidden in karahi. If you do want to add onions make sure you brown them at the start before adding anything then onions will make your base. However, with onions your dish will be called chicken Handi not karahi

Gosht means Meat.
Mutton or chota gosht for goat.
Beef or bara gosht for cow.
Gosht means meat
there is karahi chicken,beef,mutton
You can find every variety of Karahi in Pakistan but only chicken in India
