    I have the shelf mats and they are excellent! They are quite large and protect my shelves from scratches and catch grease drips from my utensils. Also clean easily in the dishwasher.

    I like my Prestige Pro 825, I will look for the grease pan liners.

      I ordered a few packages for the Prestige 500 from Capital BBQ. I thought that they were just Canadian but they have a US site as well. Only place I could find Liners for mine.

    Just became a Napoleon owner. Tried a Traeger smoker, just did not work for me so bought a Prestige 500 Pro. Have to say best grill I ever had, love the rotisserie. Biggest issue in the US is getting accessories. Very difficult to impossible to find, especially charcoal tray. Gotta get the product out Napoleon.

      Did you buy the Napoleon cover for your grill? I did, not completely happy with it. Seems more of a screen than a cover, every time it rains the grill is soaked and grease pans are full of water.

      @@oldrustycars Yes I did. Rather disappointed that it is weather resistant. Ordered a weatherproof one from Amazon. The Napoleon cover is still in box.

    I just ordered my Prestige 500 and can’t wait for it to get here and fire it up!!! I’ve been looking for the drip tray liners but can’t seem to find any in the Napoleon Store or on line. Is this something that will be coming out soon?

We have verified that the drip pan liners for the 500 Part#62023 are currently on back order, however they should be back in stock mid-May2022. They can be ordered/purchased via your preferred Napoleon Dealer/online Dealer or directly though us by contacting our Customer Experience department at 1-866-800-8686 or via email at grills@napoleon.com.     Hello Napoleon - There are two items on this video that I would REALLY like to purchase. The Drip Pan Liners and the Side Shelf Mat. Both seem completely unavailable anywhere. I especially want the side shelf mat to protect my Phantom shelf which might be prone to scratches. Do you have any suggestions about where I could go to acquire those items? Thank you!

      @@NapoleonProducts also, and I’m not trying to be mean, but I have literally been on hold to talk with your customer support team for, no kidding 3 hours 11 min according to my phone’s LCD. I am still on hold, but the hold dialog just stopped, but I’m still connected and afraid to hang up. I think you need to hire more peeps, I just want to buy those two items…
