- Best tips for building your QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor profile. This is a database run by QuickBooks that allows potential clients to search (for you!) and find bookkeepers. In this video I show you the most important things on a ProAdvisor profile (reviews, photo, free consult) and take you along as I'm creating my site. I'm one of those who created my profile after receiving my ProAdvisor Certification and then haven't done much with it. My QBO profile has not gotten any interactions much less new clients. I was in my profile this morning to make some updates because I'm working on the Advanced ProAdvisor Certification, but when I clicked the button to publish, I was asked to provided documentation to prove I am authentic. That was a hurtle that I didn't want to take time with at that moment so I'll have to get that later.
I have under my profile showing 3 profile views and 2 inquiries but I am not able to see who has viewed and inquired.
Please if you can help
I have updated ProAdvisor profile and publish but it was rejected by Intuit saying this "After careful review, we have determined that Intuit is not going to approve publishing your profile on our site. All of the documentation you submitted with your application has been deleted" How should i resolve this issue ?

Yup. That's usually how people start, especially if they're not experienced as businesses owners.

Hi! Unfortunately, Morgan does not have the answer to this. She recommends reaching out to QBO directly and see if they can help you fix the error.
