As a northeastern myself, I feel that this problem needs to be addressed more and talked about. I love your videos, Mohak Sir. Kindly consider this as a topic for future videos. Excellent report! I was born in a Punjab village, lived and studied there till high school in 60's. Village school was pretty bad, lacking teachers, and those teachers were there not to teach but to collect the salary. After high school, my parents took me to Chennai and only then I realized how much harm the Government schools in the rural villages were doing to the students. I spent a year going to tutoring institutes to catch up. Luckily, I was was able to get into government engineering college in Chennai and that changed my life and even migrated to US 40 years ago. During my last visit to my village school in 2017, I was shocked to find my high school had only one functioning classroom, one small office room, two teachers, and no lab. All other classrooms were decrypt, leaking, and non-functional. Even these 2 rooms were functional with the financial help by a native son who now lives in Canada. If my school is a sad model of how the state governments have degraded education all across the rural villages, it is complete destruction of future for the rural youth. It is not just a loss for the community, or the Punjab state, it is loss for the nation! Imagine for a moment if the government had educated their rural youth, how much wealth these educated would have created that would have raised the state revenue.

There's a lack of employment , industrialisation , infrastructure and discipline among people. We all need to grow with time. Stop highlighting 'oh how rich our punjab was ' Look at the present time! They said they have already compensated gurdaspur farmers 2 years ago which was i think 250 crore but they have got only 9% land from that district till now. For punjab bad economy i can suggest some things to read - first de industrialisation due to china economy growth. Second influence of unions and socialist in punjab politics who resists industries in punjab. Second point is very underrated topic not many know like kerala and west bengal! punjab has strong socialist influence which leads to punjab not being buisness friendly. Could you please create a video about Delhi? It's disheartening that despite the significant direct and indirect taxes residents pay, the city struggles with a fundamental issue: poor road infrastructure. While central Delhi and affluent neighborhoods may seem to have improved, the majority of Delhi's population lives in areas with subpar roads.
I reside in Sector 22, Rohini, and the journey to the nearest mall takes me through Begumpur, Sector 23, 24, 25, and Rithala. Unfortunately, you can hardly find a 1km stretch on this route without encountering potholes.
North West Delhi is in pathetic conditions and the govt is completely ignorant about it. I have written to the departments and the email is forwarded to some IAS but after that no action is not taken.

In my opinion subsidies should only be given to the needy not to all. Most of the people in Punjab are rich enough to afford these basic amenities. Govt can utilise these money on making govt hospitals and schools better. Govt hospitals are very crowded often.

From Punjab, The reason people of Punjab aren’t speaking about it is because it is not affecting them individually at present. They are only thinking about living comfortably in present without worrying about the future. The ground water level is going low day by day but still large majority of farmers are growing wheat and rice repeatedly for decades. The situation of infrastructure is rightly said. Although roads and such are in average condition, the real issue is there’s lack of factories. Solid and strict actions should be taken to increase the crop variety. And honestly, most people here have enough income to pay for electricity, but still want freebies. Hope the situation changes in incoming years! WMK

How everyone can get equal opportunity to excel based on their talent, irrespective of cast and creed. But why you are concerned about recidivism.

It might seem mundane and very less could be explored but atleast it would truly open to how most cities are discouraging the idea of public transports(except metros)!Or you could look into Mumbai’s land crisis and how at average Mumbai’s land is more expensive than a land in Los Angeles or in new york(kinda)
