In my opinion those vehicle inspection laws are too strict. Please stop copying Ford's design, they don't look good anyway. It would be better to come up with original designs instead of "worshipping" Ford. The front bumper looks good but it still lacks protections for the intercooler and radiator in case of front collision. The winch is a welcome addition for any off roader. A 2 inch lift is more than enough unless you want to keep blowing up your CV without a drop kit. For a better measurement of ground clearance I would prefer to measure it at the lowest point at the front, usually it's at the front guard or the lower arm. From my 20+ years of off road work I'll say a minimum of 200mm is needed for an off road SUV in general. As for the wheels and tires, I'll say a rim of 15 to 17 inch is good and 32 inch AT/MT tires will do nicely.
