LOVE that you prioritize picking up your trash! In our State lots of territory is being closed off to dispersed camping due to littering by campers.
We were fortunate enough to have ten days in Utah and found Goosenecks state park which is magnificent. People congregate around the Grand Canyon, but when you see the other scenery such as Bryce Canyon, Valley of the Gods etc, you realise just what majesty there is in your lands.
My 2 favorite overlanding families together in Epic Utah?!? So awesome!
Does the EPIC dog ever stop running? Holy Cow, that hound has legs.
I camped there last week. Perfectly still and calm winds, it was a sound night of sleeping.
It is funny, growing up and living in Utah I see these places often. Love them. I know it is beautiful, but to me, it is just...home. 🙂

Here in Colorado, we're constantly at "Very High" fire danger. I just assume there's a fire ban unless there's a blizzard.

Hey...at least you caught your drone. My first (and maybe last) experience with a drone ended badly. Practiced around my house without any problems for weeks. Finally went on a journey and decided to get the drone out. Got it up several hundred feet and asked it to return....it flew off into the sunset never to be seen again! Luckily it was just a moderately expensive drone.
The drone footage towards the end was epic

I camped in that exact spot 2 weeks ago! That place has an amazing sunrise! Definitely worth a stop. I even lost a drone there 😂

Another amazing video! Very few channels have the cinematic quality that y’all’s does. Did you have any experience in this area before you started the channel or have you just learned as you went? I’m very interested in learning and would love to film some of my families adventures.

I almost lost my drone in Lost Canyon outside of Moab. I had it over the canyon when the display died, but the remote still worked so I could bring it back to the road and land it.
And you just answered a question I had about the Turtleback. I wondered if you were going to sell it.

Would u recommend a turtle back? We are a family of 4 and enjoy overlanding. Right now have a truck with roof top tent but annoying to tear down every night. In this video u mentioned getting rid of your turtle back. Why is this?
Is anyone else having issues with frame rate? Other CZcams videos are fine for me, but your last two videos were 2-3frames per second. I hope it’s just me!

Tell us about your air fill kit. That looks like an ARB and a small air tank in a pelican case. That's slick.
Looks like ARB's off-the-shelf cased unit - you can find it on ARB's website. Ideal if you don't want to vehicle mount your compressor and tank so you can move them from vehicle to vehicle.

I've never been there but I know where you guys camped. Not the exact location but the area. I done so much research while planning future trips into Utah that I know the whole area you were in from the dinosaur quarry to the canyon and beyond. Finally, after a few years of struggling I'm starting to have the resources to make these trips beginning with Dinosaur National Monument in mid May. I can't wait to stretch my range down into central and southern Utah. I've pored over Google Earth and watched videos late into the night until my eyes were so blurry I couldn't see clearly and had to sleep. I feel like I already know much of the state. Now it's time to see it all for real.

I definitely I would have made the same decision pulling a trailer. That refried snow would have given the trailer a hard way to go. Without the trailer and having multiple vehicles to tug against, it would have been on!
