the lab ends after I created SQL instance so I cannot complete the lab

If you get timed out. You can redo labs up to five (5) times.
Just so you know, you may be billed for each time you take the lab.
If you still want to do a lab after 5 trials, contact the support team to help refresh your quota.
The lab timings are enough to complete; you can have a good concept of what you want to do before beginning the lab.
