is there some padding inside the helmet or you have some cap you wear before the helm?

Yeah, it's lined with EVA foam on the inside and some foam padding, kinda like a motorcycle helmet.

consulta, esa como tinta negra que le aplicas y le pasas el soplete, que proceso eso?

hola...! no es tinta, es aceite de motor quemado, usado. es algo parecido a la brea, y se calentando la pieza a unos 250 grados centigrados y luego aplicando dicho aceita para lograr el proceso de pavonado en calor, como hacian en la edad media. tambien se puede hacer con aceite de cocina, o cualquier tipo de aceite. este proceso de pavono evita que la pieza se oxide con el tiempo cuando este expuesta a la humedad. es el mismo proceso que tienen los cañones de las armas de fuego...!
