We call them cusk in Maine pulled a 30 inch one through the ice my first time ice fishing out of sabago lake you could say I was hooked the moment I felt the line yank through my fingers

Jeeez. Congrats that’s awesome. I am leaving tommoro for a 24 hour ice fishing challenge targeting Burbot (cusk) and lake trout. The video will come out Sunday or Monday.
