I also think the reason why Six was so friendly towards the Nomes at first was because they remind them of Mono, who's face was also covered. Obviously, dropping Mono is going to be on Six's mind through out their life, because they don't know wether or not Mono is alive or dead. And like how I had mentioned before, they don't have someone with them to help cope with this other than the Nomes. So when they retaliated by eating a Nome it was a way of significance showing that again the Nomes remind Six of Mono and anger is a very common emotion while in a state of grief and paranoia. Especially when it comes to children which I think that's what Six, Mono, and Runaway kid/Seven are. It's not an easy thing for a child to deal with, let alone being by themselves. Little Nightmares 2 makes Six's actions in Little Nightmares 1 so much more understandable as we can see Six isn't just a small ruthless psychopath, but rather a child who is in a bad state of grief and paranoia. But that's just what I think.

For example, you wont hear six's music box in the clip where Mono turns into the thin man, because it just doesn't go together. Each song strikes a certain emotion for a certain part. Lyrics sort of just throws it all away. They're still good tho

This is exactly what I feel whenever Little Nightmares pops up in my head because I saw someone play Little Nightmares 2 first, and because of that it's taken a toll of my view of Little Nightmares 1, since I think this is a sequel to Little Nightmares 2 (LN2 being the prequel) because if Six hadn't had dropped Mono, she wouldn't be 'alone', she would have a friend, and I prefer LN2 more because you play with an AI, even if it doesn't have an actual mind or personality, it makes me feel better and not make me as scared as I should've been if there was no Six to begin with to be with you. And because Six let go of Mono, she was alone, and nobody there. When she hugs the nomes, I think it's because she's reminded of Mono's hat, the one that looks like a nome's head. It reminds me of how sad Six is and how she's all alone in the first game. Now I have to go to the restroom so my classmates won't see me crying-

God, I remember when I first heard this song. It was my second playthrough of the game. I was looking for secrets, and still pretty shaken about the ending. I stopped in the playroom and was just kind of throwing stuff around, and when I went back to turn the power off again, I accidently ran into the music box and it fell off the shelf. So i sat there and listened to the whole thing. Literally started crying.
I have a crazy theory that mono will come back, but in little nightmares three possibly cuz his shadow popped up in the TV in the little nightmares DLC, so he could come back as the thin Man and he knows where to look for six.

Anyway, this is what the ending is. -Kai and Moon look behind them, noticing the Sunset rising upon them.- They begin to hug each other as Moon began to cry realising they made it they remembered, somebody wasn’t there was with them to escape.. Sky. (Died from A knife thrown my enemy.) Kai Began comforting Moon saying, “If she was here with us, she would be proud, she would’ve wanted us to escape..” Moon: “But I feel so guilty, we couldn’t save her!” Kai: “Remember, she is proud of us and most likely wouldn’t want to see you cry.. This makes this sad beacuse in LN3 (which won't happen) There would be a shadow six boss fight and after killing her shadow I can see that playing as all the memories come flooding back of mono so she decides to go back to pale to help him and then she sees the thin man and just the look on her face would just be so sad
Sad ending: Six got changed into a 'Gnome' and this song plays showing her lost of hope because all the journey she'd gone through to come at the top failed in the end. May the maw continue
Man, I’m so glad I bought this game in 2018, and now it’s my favourite horror game series ever. The atmosphere, the characters, the lore to it all, just perfect. I can’t wait for LN 3.

For real I can see it’s better working a game as many years as you need to push its limits and it’s so good cuz it’s so short because they focus on quality over quantity like they are such good games they should honestly get an award.
this is one of the first songs I learned on piano. 3 years later, I’m recreating the entire song in FL studio. Scratch that; half the LN1 & 2 soundtrack. This game, it’s sequel, as well as a few other games, have taught me the philosophy behind making a game’s atmosphere and the importance of a fitting soundtrack moment to moment; not playing a song for every second of gameplay, but using the correct moments to illicit a certain emotion whether those moments are few and far between. In my case those moments are plentiful. But an amazingly beautiful work of art called Scorn taught me that you can make a game’s soundtrack entirely ambient and unimportant to the player… but then… you pick a moment… a perfect one… and you take all the moment’s feel and style, and you pierce through every other layer that keeps the player from focusing on the music. You make that one song haunt them in a way that makes their heart melt every time they listen to it; like no other game, like no other song, it stands as a representation of your game’s identity. If you make a soundtrack that isn’t just a basic filler for the silence, and songs that really let the player feel what you felt in your idea for the game, it makes the connection between the person and the game’s world feel surreal and eye opening. My favorites from the LN soundtrack are Prison Toys, Togetherness 1 (after the music box section), Togetherness 2, The Nome in the Attic (yes they legit spelled gnome wrong in the title), and Circling the Throne. However, the song from the game Scorn that I was referencing is Called: An Evanescent Path by: Lustmord. It’s the single most haunting and beautiful video game soundtrack I’ve ever heard. It wants to be disturbing and beautiful at the same time, and it DOES NOT fail… like at all. I love contrasting themes, and that song is ALL contrast baby.😂 listen to the whole song, and close your eyes. It makes you feel like you’re tripping on dmt or something.

I remember watching Code Lyoko while visiting my dad’s sick friend at the hospital, I can’t really remember how old I was when I discovered Code Lyoko, probably 5 or 6 But after many years of not hearing the name, I’ve finally reunited with Code Lyoko once again this year!
The toys left into the children in the maws nursery served as a meer distraction to their Imprisonment the same way a self-cannibalistic cycle of gluttony blinded the older victims of the Maw.
Six's emotional distancing is heard throughout this song as it is both boisterous in beauty and echo, but you can tell that the slight hope in the chorus is forever distant. Throughout the series she is both a survivalist and tough, powering through the nest to have her half companion killed, finding solace in the music box after being captured by the hunter, only to have her safety crushed by the Mono. The, "one", the symbol of the radio tower. And in the end she chooses to save herself upon finding out who Mono really is, as well as being betrayed because he destroyed her music box. Any shred of comfort she successfully found was killed in front of her, making her the perfect target for desperate pursuit of escape in the Maw. What was left of her after the Thin Man stole her left her empty, something that could only be satisfied by consumption, a power that proves useful with the phrase, "you are what you eat". Eventually, her cycle of torment ends with her ending the Lady, but she eventually becomes the tormenter she fought so hard to defeat. Six is both deprived of comfort and safety, and ever morphing into the ruler that inflicts trauma on those like her instead of breaking the cycle. Happened with Mono, and it happens to her.
When it’s slowed down it gives me a lot of mixed emotions. Because it makes me think about how much Six has gone through. It’s like a mixed emotion of grief, nostalgia, sadness
I loved Little Nightmares since I was 8, it gave me my first ever favorite ship, and I used to draw Six a lot, that's why my art is pretty good, I learned about animation memes and watched them all the time, I started to get bored of Little Nightmares because I wasn't able to play it, I didn't have a fandom, so I didn't know what to draw. Until I got to play Little Nightmares again, I got to play Little Nightmares 2 too, I got my drawing skills back, but I think my old art was better, I was only 9. Little Nightmares is something I will never forget, I had so much memories, I was so happy, I made new friends, I love being in this fandom.
It’s sad cause if you actually focus on what 10 maybe under year old kids went through rather than just skimming over and saying “ish their so dramatic” or sum like that- the story is really heartbreaking :( after very little nightmares six was probably scared to have another friend and the first betrayed her and when she tried to save them anyways they died- not only that but that’s mono also “betrayed” her at some point by not trying to save her when she reached out to him to be saved D; also one of the reasons I think she dropped mono in LN2 ending you can hear her stomach growling while she’s holding mono above the void and cause this is around the time she got her hunger issues (as shown in secret ending) it was the same situation with VLN with a big drop and her having to choose to save them- knowing that six probably knew he would die if he came with her as she would’ve eaten him so se probably thought that dropping him would have some chance of him living💔Also another factor of LN2 is when she grabs her previous now dead friends raincoat (the yellow one she wears in LN) she becomes slightly more distant from mono, I suspect she knew something bad was going to happen and as someone else in the comments section said six does get more aggressive over the period of LN cause all the stress and pressure builds up she just looses her compassion for everything :( she would probably want to keep away from people as well considering everyone she’s come in contact with dies from her hands wether it’s an accident or not you can’t blame her for anything she’s done really-
its even sadder when you realize the death and doom for almost all the kids in little nightmares.. and their horrible endings and traumas.. they die in a hellhole like that..
The only reason I would cry while listening to this is because of nostalgia😢😭 I mean like I want to cry, I feel like it but my body and mind physically and mentally won't let me, as I've toughened myself to what society expects boys to be like Strong, don't cry, brave and ect.
This game did such a good job of playing the scariest moments in the heaviest way possible. I played the LN2 demo and my heart was going insanely fast by the end of it and I was shaking so hard. I truly cried for Mono after him getting uno reversed by Six. That made me felt something. I was so angry because I wanted so badly to tell Six that this was an awful decision and that working together would free them both. But the twisted world remains twisted.

For real I can see it’s better working a game as many years as you need to push its limits and it’s so good cuz it’s so short because they focus on quality over quantity like they are such good games they should honestly get an award.
this is one of the first songs I learned on piano. 3 years later, I’m recreating the entire song in FL studio. Scratch that; half the LN1 & 2 soundtrack. This game, it’s sequel, as well as a few other games, have taught me the philosophy behind making a game’s atmosphere and the importance of a fitting soundtrack moment to moment; not playing a song for every second of gameplay, but using the correct moments to illicit a certain emotion whether those moments are few and far between. In my case those moments are plentiful. But an amazingly beautiful work of art called Scorn taught me that you can make a game’s soundtrack entirely ambient and unimportant to the player… but then… you pick a moment… a perfect one… and you take all the moment’s feel and style, and you pierce through every other layer that keeps the player from focusing on the music. You make that one song haunt them in a way that makes their heart melt every time they listen to it; like no other game, like no other song, it stands as a representation of your game’s identity. If you make a soundtrack that isn’t just a basic filler for the silence, and songs that really let the player feel what you felt in your idea for the game, it makes the connection between the person and the game’s world feel surreal and eye opening. My favorites from the LN soundtrack are Prison Toys, Togetherness 1 (after the music box section), Togetherness 2, The Nome in the Attic (yes they legit spelled gnome wrong in the title), and Circling the Throne. However, the song from the game Scorn that I was referencing is Called: An Evanescent Path by: Lustmord.
It’s the single most haunting and beautiful video game soundtrack I’ve ever heard. It wants to be disturbing and beautiful at the same time, and it DOES NOT fail… like at all. I love contrasting themes, and that song is ALL contrast baby.😂

Six's emotional distancing is heard throughout this song as it is both boisterous in beauty and echo, but you can tell that the slight hope in the chorus is forever distant. Throughout the series she is both a survivalist and tough, powering through the nest to have her half companion killed, finding solace in the music box after being captured by the hunter, only to have her safety crushed by the Mono. The, "one", the symbol of the radio tower. And in the end she chooses to save herself upon finding out who Mono really is, as well as being betrayed because he destroyed her music box. Any shred of comfort she successfully found was killed in front of her, making her the perfect target for desperate pursuit of escape in the Maw. What was left of her after the Thin Man stole her left her empty, something that could only be satisfied by consumption, a power that proves useful with the phrase, "you are what you eat". Eventually, her cycle of torment ends with her ending the Lady, but she eventually becomes the tormenter she fought so hard to defeat.
Six is both deprived of comfort and safety, and ever morphing into the ruler that inflicts trauma on those like her instead of breaking the cycle. Happened with Mono, and it happens to her.
I have cried so much in the original one i ran out of tears for this one. But my heart is crying rivers.

When it’s slowed down it gives me a lot of mixed emotions. Because it makes me think about how much Six has gone through. It’s like a mixed emotion of grief, nostalgia, sadness
I loved Little Nightmares since I was 8, it gave me my first ever favorite ship, and I used to draw Six a lot, that's why my art is pretty good, I learned about animation memes and watched them all the time, I started to get bored of Little Nightmares because I wasn't able to play it, I didn't have a fandom, so I didn't know what to draw. Until I got to play Little Nightmares again, I got to play Little Nightmares 2 too, I got my drawing skills back, but I think my old art was better, I was only 9. Little Nightmares is something I will never forget, I had so much memories, I was so happy, I made new friends, I love being in this fandom.

It’s sad cause if you actually focus on what 10 maybe under year old kids went through rather than just skimming over and saying “ish their so dramatic” or sum like that- the story is really heartbreaking :( after very little nightmares six was probably scared to have another friend and the first betrayed her and when she tried to save them anyways they died- not only that but that’s mono also “betrayed” her at some point by not trying to save her when she reached out to him to be saved D; also one of the reasons I think she dropped mono in LN2 ending you can hear her stomach growling while she’s holding mono above the void and cause this is around the time she got her hunger issues (as shown in secret ending) it was the same situation with VLN with a big drop and her having to choose to save them- knowing that six probably knew he would die if he came with her as she would’ve eaten him so se probably thought that dropping him would have some chance of him living💔Also another factor of LN2 is when she grabs her previous now dead friends raincoat (the yellow one she wears in LN) she becomes slightly more distant from mono, I suspect she knew something bad was going to happen and as someone else in the comments section said six does get more aggressive over the period of LN cause all the stress and pressure builds up she just looses her compassion for everything :( she would probably want to keep away from people as well considering everyone she’s come in contact with dies from her hands wether it’s an accident or not you can’t blame her for anything she’s done really-
its even sadder when you realize the death and doom for almost all the kids in little nightmares.. and their horrible endings and traumas.. they die in a hellhole like that..

This game did such a good job of playing the scariest moments in the heaviest way possible. I played the LN2 demo and my heart was going insanely fast by the end of it and I was shaking so hard. I truly cried for Mono after him getting uno reversed by Six. That made me felt something. I was so angry because I wanted so badly to tell Six that this was an awful decision and that working together would free them both. But the twisted world remains twisted.
I played the demo 15 TIMES IT WAS HORRORFING but six is still my fav tho ._.
