This villa looks great, but I don't like that it doesn't have the lift and tv's in all rooms are too small and they are positioned on the wall lil' bit into an unnatural viewing position and some corridors there look a little claustrophobic, specially one in the basement. The villa of this price should have also the game room with a bar, billiard and poker table and there is too little greenery and the garden is small!

@@zimmer.estates Thank you for your nice presentation! But, I may be a little sarcastic, but I'm direct and honest! I really don't understand these all people who come to look at the house and take pictures of the details with their cameras, and they themselves know that they won't buy it, because 98% of these people in the video don't even have 3% of the money price for this kind of villa! I think that these are the people who like to be seen in the frame at such presentations, as well as in Monaco, who pretend to be rich!
We never know when the buyer will show up! Many people that goes there are agents
@@zimmer.estates I totally agreed with you, but my opinion is that a real buyer never will come to be seen in a real estate report or video. The real buyer with a lot of money on his account always likes to remain anonymous!
The hype, this villa is basically worth €7,900,000, as usual some agents poorly advise their clients, this villa will remain on the market for years, know that for €15,000,000 you have villas more expensive of 2500 square meters on Sotogrande and Zagaleta

Le fouettage de gueule , cette villa vaut à la base 7.900.000 € , comme d'habitude certain agent conseil mal leurs clients, cette villa restera sur le marché pendant des années , sachez que pour 15.000.000 € vous avez des villas de plus de 2500 mètres carrés sur Sotogrande et sur Zagaleta

@@zimmer.estates Hello, I am French, I live in Russian, I owned a villa on Zagaleta for 15 years, I know the Marbella market well and know a certain agent who tries to oversell Villas 30 to 50% above the value, the Villas generally remain on the market for 3 to 4 years as the string has become too thick
No one overpays for villas in Marbella anymore, everyone understands the scam, if you take the sales of the last 5 years they all ended up 30 to 40% below the expected price
It's simple since Drumelia is in Marbella the market has gone crazy, all the offers with them are above reality, yes of course they have made a lot of sales, far from the initial prices that they displayed like the famous Culliman villa which sold far from the €32,000,000 that Drumelia asked for
