Thanks for the interpretation. It sounded beautiful and the Face Shrine Dungeon is one of my favorite themes of the game indeed, right behind Tal Tal Heights.

Kinda funny how accurate this was to the remake
I'm an old man so emotions are far and few between but THIS gives me chills. I remember the somber feeling I had entering the face shrine after reading the wall in the place you get the key and asking myself why the bosses would talk to me trying to get me to stop from waking the windfish. Later of course... you find out they were preventing you from destroying their world. Beautiful piece. Video games are art idc what anyone says.

It was a dream...but it also wasn’t. Link see the wind fish flying over the wreck of his ship. Really cool ending that makes you think
You were NOT kidding, there is so much cool videography here and I love the darkness of every shot. Really gets you in the Zelda dungeon vibe. The sharp portrait shots are to lose 3 hearts for.

What's so cool about this piece to a music buff is that this piece is a near-perfect example of a prelude in Bach's own style. The repetition of a pattern twice, then changing the chord, is exactly what he does in pieces like WTC I C Major & C Minor Preludes, the 1st cello suite prelude, and others. So cool to have a soundtrack like this that almost reinterprets the past of music in such an emotional and sinister way.
This is one of my favorite songs from Link's Awakening. I love the way you re-imagined it. So beautiful!

I remember first hearing this song when Josiah Everhart covered it. Hauntingly-sorrowful, I immediately fell in love with it but couldn't help but wonder why more people hadn't covered such a beautiful track.
Imagine my joy and excitement when I see my new favorite CZcams Channel covering it. Just gorgeous as usual, Patti.
I was actually very inspired by his take on it, and surprised there haven't been too many covers of it too...but I do love arranging underrated tracks so it works out for me! :D

This sends shivers down my spine, in a good way. So much emotion in the chords and sound coming from your instruments. Thank you for this rendition of an already amazing theme song. It's a video game, but with a strong message at the time you reach the point where you hear this song. I love every bit of what you've done with it. One of my favorites of all the Zelda songs.

This is an all you can eat buffet for the senses.
Visually I love the lighting, perfectly cast shadows on you while playing. The pan to Link's shield and sword. The mirrored effects.
Audibly the sounds are so peaceful yet intense at the same time. It feels like you are getting pulled into a new world.
The spirit feels entranced and almost in a daze. This composition was well done and beautifully edited.

Some how lost that somber sorrow filled tone but made it sound much more sad like we are feeling the hero’s emotions through music and he must have felt immensely sad at that point

Sometimes I'm shocked at the volume of high quality musical productions available to us now. When CZcams first started, there was nothing like this. Just some fans uploading some half-decent renditions of a few tunes from Nintendo. Now even such lesser attended tunes such as Face Shrine has high quality covers. All this inspired by a few Nintendo employees in the early 1990s.
so so good. Love the neo baroque style. It's a shame this doesn't have more views.

This cover is so gorgeous... This theme is one of the most original and confusing of the whole Zelda series score and you recomposed it perfectly as a neo-baroque piece. It's like... Max Richter recomposing Link's Awakening... What a treat! And very well done on the video clip too!

The Moonlight Tacotta is very clever. :) I have no idea what your source material was, beyond some Bachthoven, but this is very nice. If only it were an actual organ. Maybe next time :)
lovely and unsettling cover and that pipe organ that you start with right of the bat made me jump a bit which sounded like it belongs in a survival horror game soundtrack or something as if a survival horror game soundtrack has a dark,suspensful, neo barogue score taking place in the midevil times imagine a survival horror game like that insted of the standard modern setting horror troupes like say zombie games like resident evil or the last of us or supernatural modern setting horror games like silent hill or clock tower lol but im getting ahead of myself ^_^ this is going into my favorites list for sure so good work as always ^_^
