In the spiritual traditions of India, including Hinduism and Buddhism, there is a belief in the existence of a soul or a consciousness that is separate from the physical body. However, the question of when the soul enters the body is a matter of philosophical and religious debate.
According to Sadhguru, a well-known Indian yogi and spiritual teacher, the soul does not enter the body at a specific time or moment. Rather, the soul is always present and eternal, and it is constantly evolving through different forms and experiences.
Sadhguru explains that the soul is not something that can be measured or quantified, and it is not limited to a particular time or space. It is a subtle energy or essence that pervades all of existence, and it is constantly interacting with the physical world through the body and mind.

It makes total sense for the sophisticated Karmic Being with Karma of several past lives to acquire the body i.e foetus on it reaching to a certain degree of sophistication of nervous system, not at the point of conception!
