I love it! Did you use *any* sort of stabilizing here? As I've read in your earlier comments I have to agree - I like a slightly jittery footage more than a flat-gimbal one, but nevertheless this seems to be smooth in a specific way, just what I'd like to achieve. Or maybe you just have a really steady hand? :D
@@andreiREC photography has been dying for me and I thought i was starting to think that I could never find such love and excitement anywhere else. this movie made me start looking into videography and I felt something like that adrenaline rush again. hope it lasts

I, myself, started off with photography 20 years ago and after 10 years, I felt like I couldn't find the same satisfaction and creative fulfillment in photography. Still love it until today, but the idea of video, and the ability to surpass the emotions contained into a single image, made me want to try video. And oh my, was I in for a treat :) I instantly discovered that along with music/sound effects, and video, my expression found new ways of coming through. Ever since, video has been it for me. I really hope you find the same creative freedom as I did. And also, never be discouraged by technical stuff. Just start shooting video and let it be a journey of discovery and keep doing it whenever you feel like it. I constantly develop my skills and learn. All of best to you!
I loved the video. Feels very organic and goes so well with the music. What was the frame rate this was shot at? Just wondering as some shots were slow motion and this is 4k video.
Thanks! It was exported in a higher resolution than it was shot in with Davinci resolve. Grain hides the eventual imperfections of exporting a higher resolution. ;)
Multumesc foarte mult! Sincer iti spun, nu am avut X100T. Am trecut la X100V de la XT-3 si sunt foarte multumit. Foloseam X-T3 pentru video dar am trecut pe Blackmagic Pocket 4K. Am avut la mine X100V in concediu, pentru fotografii in principiu, ca sa nu car Blackmagic-ul de 5 kile cu tot rig-ul si de aceea am filmat cu X100V.
Love the mood of this, super atmospheric. Can I ask how you are focusing? Is it manual or AF? I ask because my X100V hunts focus a lot in video. So much that I barely use it.

Hi! Thanks so much! no stabilizing whatsoever. Handheld 100% :) X100V doesn't even have internal stabilization.
I only used a bit of stabilization in DaVinci Resolve to get rid of the small jitters.
What I would say is that jittery goes along with the colour grading and the grain. pré stabilization vibes
