Cyarb92 ITs from a game engine called mugen, A Guy made these spirites from scratch I think, just search mugen GokuZ2

zensaturn Evil isn't even as strong ass yamcha because yamcha was able to throw punches at the same speed as tien and tien was about the same speed as goku when he was 15 years old. and goku was at the speed of light at that time because he was able to get roshi his glasses before tien his solar flare striked. The street fighter and dbz universes are very VERY different. So this fight would be goku at 0,00044 % of his speed and power.

That would definitely be a close fight
Goku is a sayan, sayans are much stronger, faster and durable than humans, Evil Ryu is able to destroy a skyscraper with a hadouken, on the other hand the kamehameha can EASLY destroy a mountain.

Where did you get the sprites for goku and ryu
The goku sprites are Z2 while you can look up Mugen Street Fighter sprites and find Ryu/Evil Ryu
Going by the sprite this is Cell/Buu saga goku, who can one shoot the entire Street Fighter Verse and Narutoverse, if this is 23rd budokai goku e.ryu MAYBE stand a little chance
