    Awesome chip collection. I've been collecting for a couple years, mostly got Europe casinos and vegas casino in the collection so far.

      Oh nice, not all of those chips are live chips from casinos, some of them are from fantasy/home sets as well. Are you on PokerChipForum?

      I am not, I'll have to become part of it, though@@PokerJeezus

    If you can’t backraise with aces in that spot, then perhaps there is a better game for your style/bankroll. Totally get the concerns with guys wanting to play Bingo, but I think it is still the best play to get it in preflop.

      Yeah I think given my stack size in some of the hands a backraise is fine. If I'm much deeper and playing OOP it becomes problematic because people don't fold so you just get stuck playing a bloated pot OOP and you're up against 4+ opponents with wide ranges.

      So you just never even raise preflop? You just called twice on that hand🫠

      @@TEAMGETHELP it's a hard thing to deal with. Generally I'm trying to avoid giving the degenerates what they want, preflop all-in BINGO where the skill edge (and thus their errors) are reduced because equities run so close preflop.
      But they make it hard to accomplish with the unlimited restraddles and match the stack that just make the game play way larger than a 1/2/5

      Not in Vegas this summer, trying to build a business plan and get partners for my own card room out here in Texas.

    Weird you were playing strangely passive in this session. Not at all like your normal style.

    • @PokerJeezus
      @PokerJeezus  Před 8 měsíci +1

      These guys were regularly straddling to 20 and then jacking it up to 80-100 preflop.
      I was just trying to keep from playing all-in preflop BINGO like they wanted since the equities in those spots are super thin when you're going 4-6 ways.
      However, I still think there are spots given my stack size I should've just gripped it and ripped it rather than play as passively as I did trying desperately to keep variance in check.

      @@PokerJeezus yeah I think as you already said given stack sizes you should be piling it in. However given how you’ve run all in pre with aces lately I don’t blame you.

    • @PokerJeezus
      @PokerJeezus  Před 8 měsíci +1

      @@nicholi2789 that's certainly a factor too. When you're just getting rundown by maniacs with deep pockets making the game play like a shallow stacked 80/160 game, it tends to make you gun shy cause I'm just not strapped to play 80/160

      @@PokerJeezusyeah I get it. Especially after watching all your previous vlogs. You’re better off flatting pre flop and realizing your skill edge post again opponents who are call happy with marginal hands
