Beat The Star (AUS) (7 Sep 2010) - Premiere Episode (Part 1)

This is the premiere episode in Australia of "Beat The Star", a show based on the long-standing German format "Schlag den Raab", where a contestant (or in the case of the Australian version, a family) compete against a star in a series of games requiring a mixture of braun, dexterity and brains. The host of the show is Daniel MacPherson.

I think you'll find we produced our own version of the set here in Australia, but we certainly based it on the set of "Schlag den Raab". The German set is WAY bigger.

This is better than I expected, because it's just the right the right kind of humor, and it uses the music from the German version. I don't like the format changes.
