Another very well made comprehensive review !! I just got an SJCAM 300 and I'm a bit under-impressed with some of the features although the price was a bargain. The SJCAM SJ20 does look like a superior option in terms of night photography / videography and the stability on the bike. I'm proably getting a DJI Pocket 3 next but I would like to check the SJ20 out as well. Thanks for taking the time to do a great and thorough review !!

Hello Young , how are you . Great little camera the only problem i have with camera's that small is reading the display I still need mobile phone size hahahaha getting old. Oh I wanted to ask you how are you and your friend enjoying the Genesis GV 60 I have had mine 20 months 37K klm the care is amazing I have driven in all weathers never a problem I do have the AWD , maybe you will do a GV 60 update as there are not many people doing GV 60 updates . Amazing night vision
Can you help me by telling me what is the maximum memory cad for sj20? I only have 1tb micro sd and it seems like its not capable of handling 1tb.. i did some search and some says just. 64gb some says 128gb is max some says 256gb and some says 512gb. I dont know which one if true. I dont want to buy multiple micro sd for me to do a trial and error. 😂😂😂😂 hope you can help.
This is the second time I see a test on this camera, and it also show this time a bit worse quality than we would think it should had. But the night lens is just amazing.
What I actually think, it is ment for vlogging since you was sharper then background.
Can I guess your next video will be about the neck mount you used? Looks like Pgytech neck mount with the way better click-mount.
nice review, the refurbished DJI action camera from DJI for 239 is still much better option, especially in lowlight

I think the night time lens needs more improvement to overcome the competitors. The footage looks not sharp and the colors are a little bit faded. I think this camera is for someone who wants an affordable action cam on the budget.

oh my....pretty noticeable from the start, that the main lens is out of focus. Good for selfie/vlogging (sharp at 50cm distance, but blurry background) but terrible at filming anything that is further away than 2m.
Interesting concept, but I don't prefer the look of the footage.

Great idea, horrible resolution, it looks like the insta 360 camera with the 1” sensor. Paid like 550usd for that camera and the video quality was similar to this one
Stabilization seems very poor vs the competitors in the title or GoPro, or even 4 or 5 generations old competitors. Bike footage was awful. Footage looks very muddy too, and mic is REALLY tinny. I'd say this is really overpriced.

You tried your best, but as the company name says, it looks like a Scam 😅. I don't think it can be comparable with a insta360 ace pro, maybe is similar to a DJI action

Good video, but I just think if you’re gonna say “rival” then you should at least compare it to those. Just my opinion.
Colors look terrible, very bad stabilization and in low light the amount of video image noise was ridiculous. Did SJCAM pay you to make this positive review? Just lost me as a sub

I think my phone has better camera than that thing.
Absolute garbage picture quality. Considering the price, paying a little more for the DJI is totally worth it, even if you have to buy a previous release DJI or GoPro.
Horrible camera. I can't believe anybody would buy it.
