- Let's take a look at one of the easiest ways to create a deep fake image or video. Use it for fun or a cool way to improve your art by meshing faces.
Facefusion 2.0 is a tool that will allow you to do deepfakes on both images and videos on a single tool.
P.S. If you have already installed programs like Automatic 1111, ComfyUI, or other AI art tools you can skip the prerequisites section since you already have all that.
Pre Req's

Python 3.10.6 download - www.python.org/downloads/rele...
(32 and 64 bit version is at the way bottom of the page, press windows key + Pause break to figure out if you have 32 or 64 bit version or press win key + x then press y.
GIT Download - git-scm.com/download/win
CUDA 11.8 drivers - developer.nvidia.com/cuda-11-...

installation commands in order
You must go into your facefusion directory and type CMD in the address bar and press enter
then type the following commands below

git clone github.com/facefusion/facefusion (This will clone the repository to the folder your created)
cd facefusion (this will change to the directory that was cloned called facefusion)
python -m venv venv (this will create venv aka virtual environment libraries)
venv\scripts\activate.bat (this will activate the virtual environment)
python install.py (Choose Cuda for both questions during the install for Nvidia, ROCM for AMD and CPU if you have less than 4GB Vram, Choose Auto if you haven't a clue)
winget install -e --id Gyan.FFmpeg (This will install FFMEPG)
Restart your computer to have FFMPEG Take Effect
Go back into your facefusion directory and type CMD in the address bar and press enter
venv\scripts\activate.bat
python run.py
Hold CTRL and left click on URL 127.0.0.1:7860 when it shows up or copy and paste that into any browser address bar and press enter
Done... the tool will pop up
How to start this tool after installing
Go to your facefusion directory and type the letters "cmd" into your address bar and press enter

Don't see 'venv' folder created automatically in facefusion folder?
Very nice ! Could you do a follow up video to see the capabilities for stylized faces (cartoon, caricatures,…)
That actually sounds fun. I know if it's a bit to cartoonish it won't get detected but sometimes it works perfectly if the proportions aren't way off.

when i type in python run.py it says no such file or directory 10:06

in my cmd window it says "conda is not activated" instead of "select the variant of torch to install: default" with the options below it. This is after typing python install.py.

i followed all the steps but nothing works.....
4:48 This command window has nothing to do with either Python or if it was added to the system path or not. In short, it will always pop up if you enter CMD.
Your right, command prompt will pop up either way but python commands won't work by putting python and you would have to put the entire python path every time you call it or edit the paths manually. I did say it wouldn't pop up though...you got me there.
