People keep telling me Ospreay or Moxley is the best wrestler in the world but Gunther is already a timeless All Timer that could draw in any era. By that standard how is he NOT the best wrestler in the world ?
Moxley is maybe the worst
Ospreay is bottom 3 on the planet along with Komander and Vikingo. Disregard any positive comments about his circus sideshow act.

Bronson Reed is one of the few wrestlers I look forward to seeing in the ring. He needs a mouthpiece and should be pushed as a monster heel.
Roman should send Heyman to scout Reed for a few weeks , that would probably be enough management Reed needs

Gunther is the greatest champion in WWE history. He took a dead crowd and had them rocking. Gunther is the Johnny Valentine of this era and a once in a generation talent and he should honestly win the world title from Seth at the Germany PLE.
he should win it LONG before that. Specifically at Mania in April.
I suspect the German show (Gunther is Austrian, not German btw) is going to be Kaiser's coming out party (though obviously Gunther will have a super high profile match as well).
I hope he wins the Rumble, last eliminating Cody, and wins the World Title at Mania.

The underrated part about Gunther is, he’s safe. I don’t mean Miz “safe” I mean he picked up and powerbombed Reed perfectly.

Reed is slept on every match I’ve seen him in he’s delivered. He’s one of the few people I actually like to watch, he needs a mouthpiece for sure because the dude is underrated. He’s everything Keith lee should have been

Reed can actually talk but his current character and material is limited to ‘vicious big guy that looks like he’s always on the cusps of snarling’

Gunther is so amazing and in every match he has been in he makes it soo entertaining. He’s my favorite besides LA Knight today.

That match gave me a new respect for bronson reed. That was a great match and reed was moving fast the whole match, never gassing. Thats just sick impressive.
Imagine a Gunther against a Stan Hansen, Vader, bruiser Brodie etc they'd be some of the most brutal matches of all time without needing weapons
Gunther gave one hell of a power bomb. he does one of the best power bombs in modern wrestling, Wardlow should take notes.

It was truly one hell of a roller-coaster ride!
This was a great match. Just a good old Hoss match. Reed looked great in this, one of his best Main Roster showings. Gunther continues to be the best wrestler in the world, even without a billion-star ratings. Everything he does is believable and real. His chops and slaps look and feel like they hurt, unlike the shit you see from Hobos like Moxley and Kingston. He really does make the mat scared and doesn't do the silly shit. I just hate that Imperium as a whole now has to deal with Johnny Reddit.

It's funny Eddie Kingston looks up to the Japanese legend wrestlers, who are the complete opposite in work ethic and have no nonsense mindsets, if they were active today, they'd agree with Punk that he's a "bum" and think he doesn't belong in the ring with them.
The only thing that might have hurt it is that it was a heel match. But they were working so hard that the people were up by the end of it. Great match.

For a WWE match, this was a good match! The physicality was solid, the storytelling was above average, and used moves like the DVD that you don't expect to see used in the WWE.
I'm telling you Gunther vs MJF will be in the top 10 matches of all time when it happens

Neither guy is going anywhere and there are hundreds of better opponents Gunther could face. MJF is mid AF in ring. There are literally guys in my local indy I'd rather see wrestle Gunther.

Just like Jokić's versatility in basketball, Gunther brings a unique blend of strength, technique, and strategy to the WWE ring, making every match a spectacle to watch. It feels like WWE has a lot of talent with no room to elevate them. There’s no real spot for Bronson right now other than squashing midcard guys / losing to main eventers.

Bronson is one of my favorite wrestlers on Raw. Another is Otis. I like the big guys. 🙂

When Brian mentions Jay Lethal, I felt a bit sad at where he is. He was an absolute machine for ROH. He deserves to show what he is capable of. He should be in World belt contention.
Gunther obviously, is as excellent as it gets, IMO. I really have liked Reed for quite some time. Is there a move that's called better than the tsunami by Wade Barrett? Love that call. What other move gets a call that cool?
Wade accents made Tsunami more cooler. When it was called by Corey, it instantly dropped to a level below. Wade sold the shit for Tsunami back when Bronson is still in NXT

To me all the other people who are talked about (by Smarks) as the best currently active (Danielson, Okada, Omega, Naito, Bailey) are all kind of "meh" and inconsistent in comparison to Gunther and would have FAR better matches with Gunther than they would, or have, had with eachother
Gunther needs to beat Seth Rollins and take his belt asap.
Then he needs to trash Rollins' worthless belt, and no one should reference it ever again. Like they did the 24/7 championship.
Gunther can then continue establishing the WWE Intercontinental championship as the 2nd most important male singles championship in WWE, like the good old days and claim his rightful place as the true workhorse world champion.
(The words intercontinental and world are synonyms, they mean the same thing.)
Later he could beat Cody for the WWE Undisputed championship.
This match was Fucking great i still don't know why WWE added the word big to Bronson Reed's name if we didn't know that already lol.
It was good hope we don't see 20 -50 matches after this like WWE has been doing for weeks and months

@RobSwiggsI completely forgot that he went by that name for a short while in NXT now that you mention it now I remember this was a great Match glad the IC Title is relevant again after all these years even though Miz had an excellent Reign in 2016 after winning it on the Raw after Wrestlemania 32 where Maryse returned.
@RobSwiggswhich was sorely missed when Vince was in-charge of creative but Gunther won it while Vince was still in-charge when he beat Ricochet on Smackdown in June last year and to think that vince grew tired of him since that's what was going around online before Triple H took control of Creative when vince "Retired"

Gunther challenges anybody to wrestle and out comes Bron Breaker. Breaker beats him in convincing fashion and instantly makes him a top guy.
I didn’t like Bronson when he was first around but recently he’s sold me with his ring work. Gunther is just too elite at this point, he could hold the ic title forever I wouldn’t care but give him the world title as SOON AS THERES A WINDOW

Gunther is the best pro wrestler in the world at the moment cuz he can work with anyone of any size and make it believable. You never see Kenny or Ostritch working matches with super heavyweights, mostly cuz they'd make it too absurd.

Anyone else kinda bored of RAW right now? Every week recently it seems to be the same opening formula of Judgement Day and Cody, Jey, or Sami with the main event being a tag match or singles match between the groups. Outside of them, and maybe Seth vs Drew, everyone else feels kinda stagnant. Nothing is really go8ng on in the midcard, tag team, or women's divisions that provide actual storytelling, and it just feels like talented wrestlers like Reed and Gable are stuck in a sort of limbo, repeating the same matches without advancement until creative has something for them.

I agree with Jim on a lot. Can’t see what Jim sees in Theory. His promos suck. He has no presence or charisma. And to me he seems like just another guy that can do a bunch of moves and there’s a thousand of those. Charlotte is just bad. Her in ring work is sloppy and botchy. That moonsault always looks bad and never connects especially when the opponent is standing and trying to catch her. Her gimmick is that she’s Ric’s daughter outside of that she has nothing of her own even down to her finish. And every story she’s in is the same. She wins a title, loses it to a much better or more deserving person, comes back and cashes in her Charlotte in the Bank because she HAS to be in the title picture every goddamn storyline even after not being on tv for months because they can’t come up with anything original. And they always bring her back as a babyface, the fans boo her instantly, she turns heel, and has bad matches and bad promos. All her promos are, “I am the queen” and there’s no substance around it. Theory and Charlotte are absolute garbage.
