Waarom zijn Nederlanders zo goed in kickboksen. Ik denk omdat lang zijn maar ook een ver gevorderde voetbal cultuur hebben. Er is weinig verschil tussen een low kick en voetbaltrap.
Wereld van verschil! Een low kick gooi je je volledige gewicht achter en je probeer door je tegenstander te trappen…niet er tegenaan. Kijk eens naar een low kick van Kaman of Hoost…dat lijkt totaal niet op een voetbaltrap. Nederland is vooral goed door de karate achtergrond en omdat ze er vroeg bij waren en in Japan, Thailand etc. trainden en bijleerden. Ze creëerden een eigen, unieke stijl.
