Newer Freightliner Cascadia Coolant Level Sensor Shutdown, how to replace the old sensor. No drain!

My 2019 cascadia shutdown while driving due to bad coolant sensor. I was parked on the side of the road and disconnected the wire clip from the coolant level sensor and drove the truck like normal for around 4 hours with a check engine light, until I got the chance to replace the sensor with a new one.

The truck I drive keeps setting off warnings and a countdown threatening to shut down the truck due to low coolant lever. But it has plenty. U think just replacing the sensor will fix that?
