Covertmuffin is the man. It's a breath of fresh air watching a wholesome runner. This guy runs a number of games and after watching a few the laugh grows on you.

My dad played W3 for the first time and was struggling with the Human Campaign, where he had to 'save' the infected civilians, and when he asked for help, I asked if he was leveling his hero. He found the game much easier after that.
He has the most adorable laugh!

He is the best runner of this game I've ever seen and so funny man. He should be a role model for all of other runners sitting through runs with a blank face.
I can just wonder how this run will work when Warcraft 3 Reforged arrives!
Well, exactly the same: after all, Reforged is mainly a reskin of the game: it will use same game engine as its core, the same mecanics and the same features (as proof, players from Reforged and Classic W3 will be able to play together).
BUT W3R will includes some balancing, balancing that will be included in W3 classics then. Wich mean it could affect very well the speedrunning community. And who knows, they might fix some bugs and fixes that allow people to cheat (one thing that could "ruin" this run: fixing the after image mirroring letting Grom going through walls/trees.)

I wonder how good speed running this game translates to pvp? I bet he would be great at micromanaging his troops.
Probably pretty bad, since speed running this usually becomes following patterns, and when the game diverges the speedrunner has to improvise (and in pvp you have to improvise all the time). Still, probably it would not be a BAD player, but not the greates either

Agree - try watching games from Back2Warcraft channel and you'll see how an actual PVP battle between pros

He is actually microing pretty bad. He lets so many units die just by not moving them. It's fine for speedrunning. He's doing good. But in multiplayer he would get killed pretty easy.
