In this part we check out some of the Great Otway National Park including Beauchamp Falls, Erskine Falls, Hopetoun Falls, Stevensons Falls, Cape Otway Lighthouse, Parkers Inlet & Aire River.

Brilliant... you actually went on some tracks and got to see all the water falls that I have seen 40 yrs ago.. Just a shame to see so many people especially at Lorne beach, we use to be able to camp right in Lorne township next to the beach.... You did well to find some nice camp areas....... Great Vid

mini gunshot creek ahaha thought the same thing when i went down there this time last year! oregan track a beleave we walked in to have a look gets really crazy! great river about half way though!
We walked down along the track a little bit and all we saw was lots of mud holes to get through haha, looked like it would have been a fun track though

Thank you! We only really packed for 3-4 days at time, we did a few shops along the way, you're never too far from shops along the great ocean road
Another great vid mate! Otways on our to do list next summer! If you're ever after a family about the same age (kids a bit younger) to do some exploring with, we are always up for a trip! About to do Fraser Island then home (Vic) via Birdsville and outback SA/NSW

@@TylerThompson90 Hey mate, we are based in Wallan (just on the Northern Fringe of Melbourne). We are out with the 3 kids at least once a month for weekenders. Yeah, we can't wait for the upcoming trip, 5 weeks away with the camper trailer, going to be amazing! Where are you guys located?

Yep i try and get him involved but depending on his mood and doesn't like being on camera half the time haha

The First camp spot along Curtis track is actually where the start of the walk to Ampitheatre falls begins - its a secret little waterfall within the otways
Was research done to ensure it was actually a camp ground?
I did see that waterfall on the map but didn't know how to get to it, will have to check it out next time!
Na no research, i don't know the area. If I'm out in the middle of the bush exploring and I come across a nice camp ground people have been using and theres nothing there saying you can't camp I'll normally take it, no phone reception out there to check.
Its marked out with tape :) there's a video on my channel, I think where you camped isn't actually a campsite and the Otways is pretty strict on where you can and can't have fires, probably lucky Parks weren't out patrolling haha
All of the campsites generally have to be booked and there isn't a tonne of free camp spots anymore.
Where is the place where you are parked on the cliff overlooking the ocean?
If you are going to make her cook, give Kayla a cooking segment every now and again if she's up for it. :)
