I look back to where Mario Deane was brutally murdered in a jail after being locked up for a spliff. Now big shots grow giant fields and can import and export and regular person who can't afford the licence can't make money and still going to jail. Government deserve nothing from ganja profits, should have zero authority over it and they should be sued for all the evil they have committed against the herbman.
The Government of Jamaica are afraid of the doing their own things because they have become so dependent on the 1st world countries. We have the resources to be self sustainable. Ganja is legal in some states in the US and also in Canada so while can't it be legal in Jamaica. The system just set to keep us being dependent. 🤦♂️

Maybe it's Ice Caps weed. He's right though, Jamaica is a mass producer of herbs but remember: not every strain can grow in Jamaica. And then again the Jamaican government is dumb, they should be exporting herbs around the world. The marijuana industry is a multi billion dollars industry. Do you know how much good it would do for the country? But they rather the native Jamaicans suffer! Jamaica will forever be a third world country as long as the foolish people keep voting for the two parties!
