    Thanks for this video. I have an 1830s key with a tassel too long. Now, I know how easy it is.

    Wow, thank you so much! I want to make several tassels rather longer than you often see, not to wear but to put on a bed canopy I'm going to make myself. This is the perfect trick and it was an inspired thought to have the contrasting color to let us see better!

    How do you attach a cord or braid with this tassel ? Making bookmarks. I love this video best way to make I have found. It was fun making the board with nails. Great tutorial.

    • @CurlyMade
      @CurlyMade  Před 2 lety

      Instead of using the string at the top, you just change it for the cord or the braid.

    Great video, very easy to understand your instructions. I was wondering though, how long is the distance between the nails? I want to make a board as well but I don't wanna make the nails too far apart and waste material. These inflation prices are no joke. 😂

    Hmmm. How secure will this be? I am very new to this. Right now I tie the both ends over all the wrappings and put a bit of glue to prevent them from fraying.

    • @CurlyMade
      @CurlyMade  Před 2 lety

      I haven't had any problem since the cord has a knot to secure it, it's just hidden, but sure you can always as glue
